Synergistic healthcare for the community

Shena Mali B.A., Grad Dip, M.A. Ed
Shena is a passionate Educator and people connector who thrives in coordinating people and projects. As a teacher for 26 years, she has led teams, taught and volunteered in refuge schools, isolated Aboriginal communities, across New Zealand, Australia, Lebanon, Europe and North America.
Shena's background focussed on teaching those who no one else wanted to teach. Often this has meant educating highly traumatised individuals from war torn regions such as Sudan, Syria and Cambodia. As a result she completed her Masters with a focus on educating disenfranchised individuals with specialised neurological and emotional needs.
These experiences led her to complete intensive PTSD training to facilitate healing through multiple modalities.
Shena is a mother of four, plus her beloved niece, in rural Nelson. She has a fierce drive to facilitate holistic health between conventional and alternative health modalities. Seeing a positive path forward which fosters all sides of the health perspective to provide healing for everyone.
She is a bright light that is always shining on those around her. We are so thankful to have her on board.
